THE COFFEE WE GROW
Our coffee collection brings together varieties such as Arara, Paraíso, Catucaí, Catuaí and Acaiá, each with its own distinct character and potential. Carefully selected for their suitability to the land and climate of Cerrado Mineiro, these varieties reflect the diversity of our region. Together, they allow us to offer a broad range of sensory profiles, from balanced and sweet to vibrant and expressive, each with its own unique character.

From selective harvesting through carefully monitored processing, every decision is made to preserve the integrity and distinctive character of each lot.
THE COFFEE TREES
Season by season, our understanding deepens. By observing flowering, growth and cherry development, we learn what gives each coffee its distinct character.
HARVEST WITH CARE
Harvest begins in June and continues through August. Cherries are picked at peak maturity, then separated into individual lots according to variety, growing area and harvest period. This allows us to preserve the distinct quality and character of each coffee.
PROCESSING
Processing plays a defining role in the character of each coffee. Natural processing is our primary method, complemented by carefully controlled fermentation for selected lots. Every stage is closely monitored to preserve quality and develop distinctive cup profiles.
