RAFAEL LEITE
Co-Founder, Producer & Farm Manager
Rafael oversees every stage of coffee production at Braussie, working closely with his team to ensure each harvest reflects the standards that define the company. Beyond the farm, he builds lasting relationships with roasters across the global specialty coffee community.
MARTIN HEEDE
Co-Founder, Global Partnerships & Strategy
Martin works closely with specialty coffee roasters, building long-term partnerships and connecting them directly to the coffee at origin. His involvement in both production and customer relationships ensures each coffee is represented with authenticity and transparency.
JOAO MARCOS
Agronomy Manager
Raised in a family with generations of coffee-growing tradition, João combines practical experience with agronomic expertise and postgraduate studies at Fundação Procafé. At Braussie, he guides agronomic development across our farm, from soil health to plant nutrition.
PEDRO PAULO
Agronomist
Pedro brings years of experience in coffee farming and a close understanding of how the fields respond through the season. At Braussie, he supports the health and development of the trees through attentive fieldwork and regular observation.
GISELLE ABREU
Coffee Quality & Sensory Analysis
Dr. Giselle supports Braussie in coffee quality, sensory analysis and post-harvest practices. An agronomist and Q Grader with a PhD in Agricultural Engineering, she helps us understand each coffee and make informed decisions through processing and final evaluation.
DIONATH MAICON
Nursery & Plant Development
Dionath manages Braussie’s nursery, caring for the seedlings as they develop before planting in the field. His close attention gives each new tree a strong beginning and supports the future of the farm from its earliest stage.
